AECOM Tishman, a leader in managing the construction of some of the world's most iconic buildings and redefining skylines across the country, is looking to add a Construction Project Executive to our healthcare division in Boston, MA. The Construction Project Executive - Healthcare will lead business development and project delivery for major healthcare construction projects throughout the Greater Boston region. This senior leadership role requires a professional with a strong track record of selling, developing, and successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities, including hospitals, ambulatory care centers, medical office buildings, and related clinical environments. Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project. Experience in healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care construction sectors.
