About the role

Team Development: Hire, train, mentor, and develop team members to support individual career growth and team success. Technical Leadership: Manage commercialization of new products and post-launch monitoring of on-market products, risk evaluation of the on market portfolio, designing fit for purpose testing to assess product risks, and drive failure investigations. Program Management: Ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met for development and on-market support projects. SAFe Agile Execution: Serve as a Product Owner in a SAFe Agile environment, driving team execution and priorities. Stakeholder Engagement: Partner cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company objectives and project commitments. You are highly effective at translating complex technical data into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Collaborative Focus: Foster an open, innovative, and collaborative environment during process and assay development efforts. Operational Excellence: Refine team procedures, maintain key laboratories and equipment, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and Roche standards. Strategic Oversight: Actively explores new methodologies, processes, and new ways of working to improve reagent quality and overall efficiencies.
