Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields and at least 1-3 years of related professional experience or e quivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree
At least 1 year of hands-on electronics lab experience
Experience with lab instrumentation and circuit troubleshooting
Basic familiarity with FPGA-based systems or evaluation platforms
Experience with PC/software setup (GUI tools, Python environment preferred)
Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Effective communication and teamwork
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a lab environment
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
83,000 - 122,770, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

We are seeking a hands-on Electronics Lab Technician to support evaluation platforms, lab operations, and engineering development activities. This role focuses on EVK support, lab infrastructure, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
What You Can Expect
EVK & System Support
Support EVK system checkout, FPGA/GUI integration, debugging, and validation
Perform EVK BOM management and kitting, including material preparation and tracking
Prepare, test, and deploy EVK's to internal & external teams
Ensure proper handling and testing of IC packaged parts
Hardware & Lab Operations
Execute cable changes, chip swaps, and screening to support validation engineers
Support lab setup, test configurations, and prototype builds
Operate and maintain lab equipment (high speed oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNA's, etc.)
PC & Software Support
Provide PC support, including GUI installation, Python environment setup, updates, and maintenance
Logistics & Collaboration
Manage lab shipments, including high-value equipment and cross-site logistics
Collaborate with engineers on debugging, testing, and process improvements
Lab Maintenance
Ensure lab cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep
