Expected annual base salary range:

$140,000 - $200,000

Job Title: Perpetual Finance Fund Accountant - Assistant Vice President Job Description: Responsible for day-to-day activities related to fund accounting, reporting of open-ended core real estate funds administered both externally and internally Liaise with third party fund administrator on items including, but not limited to cash, capital allocations, accruals and expense budgeting, financial statements, capital call drawdown notices, distributions, redemptions, and ad-hoc investor requests Review quarterly estimates and final fund NAVs Responsible for calculation of waterfall and incentive models Manage the expense process and compliance with fund LPAs and firm policies Responsible for financial deliverables associated with BX quarterly close Responsible for production of quarterly and annual fund partnerships' GAAP financial statements Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit Review quarterly and annual financial regulatory reporting Coordinate with internal audit to ensure SOX compliance Collaborate with multiple internal teams including Tax, Acquisitions, Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Legal & Compliance, Investor Client Services, FP&A, Technology, and Treasury Responsible for management of offshore team
