How you'll make an impact: Work with the Verticals Team : Focuses on delivering product solutions tailored to partners and end-customers, aligning solutions across product segments like Safety, Maintenance, Productivity, and Compliance. Supports MyGeotab Pillars, Insights, and Altitude. Support product initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, gaining valuable insights into the journey from conception to release. Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Contribute to the creation and management of project timelines/schedules, ensuring timely delivery of product milestones. Provide support to complex projects and product initiatives involving coordination with multi-disciplinary teams at Geotab. Assist in facilitating effective communication, aligning visions, and ensuring accountability for required work/deliverables. Assist in coordinating internal team activities and supporting project meetings. Help maintain detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items. Contribute to establishing and maintaining project deliverables, timelines, and milestone updates for sponsors and key stakeholders. Assist in analyzing project issues and developing solutions. Learn to anticipate potential problems and proactively address them. Assist in gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements for specific products and translating requirements into detailed technical specifications. Participate in post-mortem reviews post-product delivery or as required within the project delivery process. Support project communication and reporting. Assist with project tracking and analysis. Contribute to communicating vital information to the project team and broader product teams. Assist in preparing and presenting regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
