Doctoral degree in learning design, curriculum and instruction, learning technologies, higher education, or another related field.
Teaching experience in K-12 or higher education.
Foundational understanding of effective practices in leveraging learning management systems and associated learning technologies across various teaching modalities.
Proficiency in Canvas learning management system and associated third-party tools (Google, Zoom, Microsoft).
Experience with media creation and dissemination through Microsoft suite, and Adobe suite.
Ability to track metrics and apply assessment outcomes in a continuous improvement model.
