The Fuel Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant operation of fuel plant activities during assigned shifts, with a primary focus on evening operations. This role oversees fuel-side operations and assigned personnel while supporting shredder and tipping floor production objectives. The Fuel Operations Supervisor works closely with operations and maintenance teams to ensure reliable plant performance during normal operations as well as planned and unplanned downtime. This position reports to the Fuel Superintendent and Operations Superintendent, with the Shift Supervisor retaining ultimate decision-making authority regarding overall operational priorities. Based on business needs and staffing levels at the time of hire, this role will work a rotating schedule that includes nights and days to support a seven-day operation, following successful completion of required training. Note that this position is open to a sign-on bonus.
