Expression of Interest: Senior Manager or Director, Advisory (Consulting)

About the role

In line with our continued growth in Melbourne, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced consulting professionals at Senior Manager and Director level to join our Advisory Consulting and Digital team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex transformation and strategy engagements across a diverse client base, with a strong focus on government, financial services and the not-for-profit sectors. You will play a key role in shaping client outcomes from strategy through to implementation, while also contributing to the growth and development of our consulting and digital practice. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that combines delivery leadership, stakeholder engagement and business development, offering the opportunity to influence both client outcomes and the future direction of our Advisory business. Our Advisory Consulting and Digital team partners with organisations to solve complex business challenges and deliver sustainable, practical outcomes. We specialise in: Strategy and transformation Operating model design and optimisation Process improvement and organisational uplift Digital change Working across public and private sectors, the team is focused on delivering high-quality, impact-driven engagements while building long-term client relationships.
