Core Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion, stock, investment) Track KPIs vs plan and flag deviations and required actions Support forecasting updates and monitor stock risks Track and evaluate promotion performance and ensure correct execution Support analysis (SKU performance, campaign impact) and prepare materials for meetings Coordinate with internal teams (supply, marketing, retail) and follow up on actions Maintain trackers, documentation, and support basic admin tasks Play your part in our team succeeding! You will apply your eCommerce knowledge and identify how we can innovative, develop and grow our digital presence. Do you have what it takes? Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Ability to work independently with clear guidance and manage own tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on assigned tasks Team player with good communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in account management or sales support is an advantage Previous marketplace experience is an advantage Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
