As an Executive Assistant on the Mr. Appliance team, a typical day for you will include:
Provide administrative support to the President, Vice President, and Executive Leadership Team, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting support.
Serve as a primary point of contact for franchise owners, corporate team members, and key stakeholders.
Support Franchise Business Coaches (FBCs) and franchise owners with administrative and operational needs.
Maintain franchise records and data within FranConnect.
Manage customer escalations, ensuring timely documentation, communication, and resolution.
Prepare and maintain legal, compliance, renewal, and amendment documentation.
Coordinate brand events, training weeks, conferences, and Reunion activities.
Manage office operations, supplies, phone systems, and other day-to-day administrative functions.
Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

(Required qualifications)
Experience: 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar support role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
