About the role
The HR Project Manager responsible for supporting and executing strategic HR initiatives across the region, including organizational transformation, talent management, and process optimization. Partners closely with HR Heads to define project scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Drives continuous improvement through data-driven insights, change management, and effective communication, ensuring successful implementation of HR programs that enhance operational efficiency. Main accountabilities: End to end delivery & project plans, timelines, and tracking/reporting mechanisms for regional HR programs highlighting risks, and outcomes to the HR Heads. Collaborate with country HR teams across the region to support alignment and knowledge sharing, across the region and divisions. Support regional localization initiatives, with a focus on focus on KSA and contribution to regional localization objectives but extend across the GCC as required. Track and consolidate localization metrics & ratios, Nitaqat/ Emiratization/ Bahrainization status, and related KPIs for regional reporting as well as analyzing trends and providing insights and recommendations. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting to meet MEC regional regulatory and training requirements. Coordinate the execution of regional learning and development initiatives across MEC, including supporting to implement the training cross divisionally & ensuring alignment with local localization needs and Global practices ensuring effective adoption / embedding. Generate insights and data collection, including reporting for HR Heads for SWP, succession planning & performance. Support Employee engagement initiatives, and communications/follow ups (surveys, feedback activities, employee engagement (VOS)) and collate data insights for HR Leadership. Act as a regional point of coordination for cross country HR initiatives (Culture transformation, Summer Internships etc.), ensuring consistency in implementation and in line with local regulatory requirements. Support regional workforce localization planning (Strategic Workforce planning) through data analysis, coordination, and implementation Support with data and reporting for succession planning and performance, to support the HR Heads in people reviews and SWP. Desired experience and qualifications 7+ years experience in Human resources. Strong HR project management and regional coordination experience. Data analytics and stakeholder management. Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Languages: English and Arabic Soft skills: Strong understanding of localizations laws in the region and regional HR operational procedures, strong project management skills.
