About the role
As Lead Creative Operations, you will lead a team of Creative Project Managers as part of HelloFresh Group's in-house Creative Studio in Berlin and will be responsible for all online and offline creative production. Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence across all online- and offline creative production processes
- Plan bi-weekly design and copy-production sprints, ensure appropriate creative resource allocation across full-time employees, freelancers and 3rd parties
- Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks to increase turnover time
- Manage end-to-end creative projects across different functions, from briefing to delivery
- Collaborate with Brand, Campaign and Channel Managers across international markets to ensure seamless flow of information and delivery
- Inspire and mentor your direct team of Creative Project Managers to constantly improve
Requirements
- You are a senior creative operations manager with 7+ years of professional experience, ideally from a high-volume agency or inhouse creative production environment
- You have experience leading agile teams
- You have experience in international environments, ideally from matrix-organizations
- You are a creative problem solver who can go deep into day-to-day challenges when needed, without losing sight overall performance
- You have strong communication skills and can tailor your communication across a wide range of job levels, roles and functions - from creatives to accountants
- You have a deep understanding of operations management concepts (throughput, turnover times, service levels, backlog management, etc.)
- You are decisive and assertive, yet empathetic
