Requirements
8-12+ years of experience in technical content, curriculum strategy, technical education, digital learning, content operations, technical production, program management, or related disciplines.
5+ years of leadership experience leading multidisciplinary teams in technical, learning, content, or fast-paced operational environments.
Demonstrated experience building or scaling operational models, content programs, or strategic initiatives within evolving organizations.
Experience driving cross-functional alignment and influencing senior stakeholders in highly matrixed environments.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance learner value, operational scalability, speed, quality, and strategic priorities.
Strong written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
Technical fluency across AI/ML, cloud, software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, data, platform engineering, or related technical domains preferred.

The Director, Rapid Content Delivery is responsible for leading Pluralsight's rapid technical content strategy and execution, initially focused on AI and emerging technologies. This role will drive how the team identifies evolving learner needs, prioritizes high-impact content opportunities, and delivers timely, technically credible learning experiences at speed.
This leader will oversee a multidisciplinary team across content development, curriculum, technical review, production coordination, and content delivery while partnering closely with Curriculum, Operations, and senior Content leadership.
