About the role

We're looking for a senior engineering leader to serve as the Director of Engineering and Poland Site Lead, with a dual mandate: to build and scale our engineering presence in Poland and to own critical product and technical initiatives across our products and platforms. In this role, you'll be responsible for growing a high-performing local team, shaping the site's identity and culture, and ensuring strong alignment with our broader engineering organization. You'll also play a key role in driving product execution and technical excellence on some of our most important initiatives. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of local leadership and global engineering strategy. CaptivateIQ participates in E-Verify, web-based system that allows enrolled employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States
