Our Intensive care unit provides care to patients with a variety of medical, surgical and non-invasive cardiac conditions. Our service also includes a 24 hours clinical liaison service, rapid response service and clinical educator to facilitate professional development opportunities. An Associate Nurse Unit Manager at Mercy Health oversees the daily operations of a nursing unit, including staff supervision, patient care coordination, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. They collaborate with nurse unit managers and healthcare teams to maintain high-quality patient care standards, resolve issues, and support the overall functioning of the unit. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse to join the Intensive Care senior nursing Management Team. We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Nurse for the Associate Nurse Unit Manager Role to assist the NUM in the clinical leadership of the unit. We provide a rotating roster including day, night and weekend shifts.
