Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-looking Technical Business Analyst to serve as a critical bridge between business needs and enterprise productivity and automation solutions. This role requires strong expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.
This position plays a key role in advancing enterprise-wide productivity and process automation capabilities, ensuring solutions are aligned to business priorities, governance standards, and long-term technology strategy. The ideal candidate brings a balance of business acumen and technical depth, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional teams and driving measurable business outcomes.
All work is delivered within a high-performing Agile framework, partnering closely with both business and other Tech and Data teams to drive solution delivery, validation, and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities across productivity and automation domains. Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution definition, ensuring clear translation of business needs into actionable deliverables. Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, testing, and validation, while ensuring alignment to enterprise governance, data, security, and architecture standards. Drive solution adoption and value realization by monitoring outcomes, identifying optimization opportunities, and enabling scalable, reusable capabilities across the organization.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
Ability to take ownership of work from intake through delivery, driving accountability and outcomes across stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in eliciting, documenting, and managing business and technical requirements
Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of tool and/or Power Platform solutions
Ability to analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making
Foundational understanding of project delivery (timelines, dependencies, deliverables)
