- Required Qualifications:
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical sales engineering or solutions engineering role, ideally in the telecommunications industry or with MVNx.
- Experience working directly with MVNOs and a solid background in telecommunications technology and solution sales is essential.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, API integrations, and telecommunications software solutions - including BSS/OSS systems.
- Familiarity with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the MVNO space.
- Technical Knowledge :
- Solid understanding of telecom architectures, services, and platforms.
- Knowledge of MVNO models (full/light/thin), and telecommunications operations, including billing, network management, and customer provisioning.
- Sales & Presentation Skills :
- Proven ability to engage with technically savvy audiences, delivering clear, persuasive, and well-structured pitches, demos, and presentations.
- Experience in driving a full pre-sales cycle: from technical discovery and qualification through proof-of-concept design, proposal development, to handoff with a strong focus on meeting customer expectations and delivering on promises.
- Fluent English / Spanish speaker
- Customer-Centric Approach :
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and trust with customers and internal teams.
- A consultative mindset with a focus on understanding customer challenges and designing tailored solutions.
- Ability to manage large, complex deals, including multi-million line agreements.
- Experience in the Mexican telecommunications market
