The position also manages the Division for Women & Youth's statistical data collection and reporting processes and ensures accurate and timely updates to the Division's website in partnership with DOA Communications. In addition, the position provides administrative and region office support, including tracking grantee documents, preparing authorizations, and serving as a first point of contact for constituents. DVIP/DVOM Coordination (40%) Staff and support the Domestic Violence Offender Management Committee including the biannual review process for DVIP program applications, including approval and denial decisions. Maintain and update the statewide directory of approved DVIP programs for use by the courts. In consultation with division leadership assist the DVOM in identifying, developing and training for community partners, allied professionals (e.g., judges, DSS staff), and victim service agencies on appropriate referral practices, DVIP services, and their impact on survivor support. As needed or requested develop and deliver training for DVIP providers on application requirements and reporting standards. Statistical Data Management, Tracking, and Reporting (35%) Collect, review, and process required statistical submissions from state-funded grantees and approved DVIP providers. Track and monitor receipt of semi-annual reports, following up on late or incomplete submissions. Send reminders to grantee agencies regarding reporting deadlines and requirements. Verify data accuracy and maintain centralized databases for compliance reporting. Monitor compliance with statistical reporting requirements and, when noncompliance is determined, prepare recommendations to the Executive Director and the assigned Regional Director regarding the issuance of corrective actions. Compile statistics for state and federal reports and prepare summaries for boards, commissions, and leadership. Partner with DOA Communications to prepare one-pagers, dashboards, and other public-facing products to share statistical trends and program information. Provide technical assistance to grantees and DVIP providers on data reporting requirements. Special Projects (25%) Serve as the Division's primary point of contact for website updates. Collaborate across Division staff and with the Division Director to identify updates or new content needs. Coordinate with DOA Communications to ensure timely updates are made and that content aligns with agency standards. Periodically review the Division's webpages for accuracy, functionality, and relevance and work across the division with the appropriate staff to receive accurate content. Other Duties as assigned.
