Assist in development and maintenance of dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI or similar tools)
Support data analysis tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and basic statistical analysis
Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure reliable and consistent datasets
Help structure and document datasets, metrics, and data definitions
Collaborate with Digital TechOps team members to translate business needs into data insights and visualizations
Support ad hoc analysis requests from Technical Operations stakeholders
Assist in preparing materials, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and project teams
Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and quality standards where relevant
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Data Science, Engineering, IT, Finance, Business Analytics, Life Sciences, or similar)
Strong interest in data analysis, digital technologies, and process optimization
Comprehensive experience with data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
Understanding of data structuring, cleaning, and visualization principles
Interest in working within a regulated environment (GxP knowledge is a plus but not required)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
Curious and eager to learn new tools and technologies
Structured and able to work independently on defined tasks
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Role
As a Student Worker in Digital TechOps, you will support data‑driven initiatives across Technical Operations (CMC, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain). Working within the TechOps "spoke" of the hub‑and‑spoke model, you will contribute to data analysis, dashboard development, and data quality improvements that enable better decision‑making and operational excellence in the business.
This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a biopharmaceutical environment, working closely with business stakeholders, digital teams, and data professionals.
