About the role
The Project Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the site‑based project team, ensuring the efficient day‑to‑day running of site activities. - Coordinate executive travel, including ground transportation and detailed itineraries, handling last-minute changes effectively
- Coordinate onboarding, PPE and all site related activities
- Confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Plan and coordinate medium-sized events, including budget tracking and supplier liaison including negotiating with vendors for event services, ensuring alignment with event budgets and objectives
- Support document control processes and assist with procurement, timesheets, and reporting requirements
- Required Skills and Competencies
- Minimum 3 years in a similar site-based project administration role
- Exposure to a project environment highly desirable across renewable energy, construction or rail.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and conflicting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
- Fluent in the Microsoft Office suite of desktop applications and related software packages
