About the role

Our financial services team is expandingand we're on the lookout for a tenacious Sales Development Representative tofuel our growth pipeline. You'll play a key role in identifying and engagingprospective clients, setting the stage for our advisors to deliver exceptionalfinancial solutions. Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level educationor equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year in a sales,business development, or customer engagement role
  • Persuasive communicator with anatural ability to build rapport quickly
  • Driven, goal-focused, andresilient under pressure
  • Strong self-discipline andability to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Must be legally eligible towork in Singapore
  • Minimum 6-month commitmentrequired
  • Remuneration Package
  • Base salary: $2,300/month
  • Monthly performance bonus: upto $700
  • Total potential earnings: up to$3,000/month
  • Performance-based salaryprogression

  • 100% work from home
  • Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM(1-hour lunch break)
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 5.5-day work week
  • Probation period: 2 months
  • Minimum commitment: 6 months
