Responsibilities

  • Steady, supportive, and patient - especially during an adjustment period
  • Strong communicator who works well with the care team
  • Must pass a Herewith background check

Location: Murrieta, CA 92562 Dialysis Machine: Baxter Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 8 hours per day | 5-6 days per week (including weekends) Rate: $25 per hour We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Care Partner to support a client receiving in-home dialysis using a Baxter machine . This role includes assisting with dialysis setup and disconnect, providing daily support, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment. This position is well-suited for someone who is attentive, patient, and open to learning dialysis procedures in the home setting.
