Take ownership of onboarding new clients and guiding them through Nasdaq's services, processes, and expectations
Act as a trusted point of contact for listed companies and market participants, ensuring high-quality day-to-day support
Advise clients on regulatory requirements, disclosure obligations, and best practices related to investor relations
Support companies through different stages of the listing lifecycle
Contribute to ongoing improvements and development of capital market offerings in the Baltics, including new products and regulatory updates
Support commercial activities in collaboration with colleagues across the region
Manage administrative responsibilities such as invoicing and client data updates
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
Strong communication skills in Estonian and English , both written and spoken
A client-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Experience in client services, account management, financial institutions, or capital markets is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities at once
An interest in financial markets and the regulatory environment
Ability to interpret and work with policies, regulations, or legal documentation is a plus

Nasdaq Baltic Exchanges are looking for an Account manager to join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. In this role, you will work closely with some of the most prominent companies in Estonia, including LHV Group, Tallinna Sadam, and Tallink Grupp.
This is a client-facing position where you will combine relationship management, onboarding, and advisory responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting listed companies and market participants while contributing to the development of the Baltic capital markets.
