White Hall Pay Grade: Job Description: The Robert Reich School of Landscape Architecture (RRSLA) at Louisiana State University (LSU) invites applications for a full-time non-tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor of Practice in Landscape Architecture. The successful candidates will also be considered for program coordinator roles (BLA or MLA). We seek candidates with teaching expertise in one or more of the following areas: Design Foundations Plant Materials and Planting Design Grading and Stormwater Management Construction Materials and Methods Digital Representation and Technology Research Methods Teaching responsibilities will include instruction in the professional Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (BLA) and Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) programs. Successful candidates would be expected to teach studios and core courses, review design projects, advise undergraduate and graduate research, and contribute to curricular development. We seek colleagues who will contribute to RRSLA's legacy of excellence in design education and advance the discipline through high-impact experiential learning. Context LSU is located in Baton Rouge, the state's capital, and is Louisiana's flagship university. LSU has a beautiful campus with more than 1300 live oaks and is one of the few universities with land-, sea-, and space-grant status.
