The individual will need to work both proactively and reactively with their closest stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth via Analytics and Insight. The individual will need to ensure they have full context of the teams' objectives to understand how they can constructively contribute by providing actionable Insight and data storytelling. The individual will be expected to primarily work across one vertical; however, they will also be expected to broadly support on non-vertical specific projects where applicable. This could include but not limited to Segment analysis, Townhall Slides, Funnel Metrics or Consulting analysis. The individual will need to ensure best practices are followed whilst supplying high value Analytics & Insights to colleagues using the most appropriate methods. Main Responsibilities Provide Analytics & Insight across one Vertical for Marketing teams that enable Marketing colleagues to make more informed decisions by maximising the potential of different datasets available whilst ensuring you have full context on goals. Ensure alignment across GTM activities. Provide non-vertical Analytics & Insight such as Segment analysis, Townhall Slides, Funnel Metrics or Consulting analysis. Maximise the potential of data available across Woodmac's Tech stack to extract Insight, constantly developing methods and utilising AI. Act as a partner for the vertical, ensuring a proactive approach to achieving goals. Work with all Marketing teams, Sales, Product & Research to drive change using actionable insight for the Vertical. Work with campaign managers to develop campaign effectiveness analytics based on effective data storytelling techniques. Prioritise requests and projects effectively within Asana and respectfully manage stakeholder expectations. Work with our Digital Marketing and Web teams to analyse performance data whilst providing insights and recommendations. Work closely with Marketing Operations to enhance data collection and feedback via effective analysis Contribute to experimentation, A/B testing frameworks, customer journeys and predictive analysis to optimize outcomes Maintain a log of, and carry out, regular data quality tasks on our data such as UTM's, MQLs, SQLs and Contact Data to ensure continued optimisation of the data we collect Identify gap analysis, understanding where Marketing is missing opportunities for revenue growth, as well as where inefficiencies are taking place. Stay up to date with the latest marketing analytics trends and best practices whilst sharing these with colleagues. Identify methods to improve data quality in what's provided to stakeholders. Support where necessary any Data Governance, quality, and hygiene requests. About you - Demonstrated experience in a Marketing Analytics role within a B2B environment. Skilled in using data from CRM & MarTech tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, GA4, Dreamdata and ABM tools such as 6Sense or Demandbase. Hands-on experience with digital marketing analytics, extracting Data and Insights from tools such as GA4. Proficient in building dashboards and extracting Insights using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or any other similar tool Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.
