Summary : Serve as a primary liaison between Cincinnati Children's psychologists and the Ohio Psychological Association (OPA) to ensure all education credits earned are transferred to OPA to maintain licensure requirements. You will also benchmark, develop, educate, and improve the quality of continuing education programs. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Administration - Effectively demonstrates skills related to the completion and processing of forms, documents and reports through an electronic database (CloudCME). Compiles information and performs data entry for educational tracking. Assist and support improvements and modifications that may have a significant impact on the success, professional quality and efficiency of the assigned programs and objectives. Implement new procedures, processes, services and systems to improve the consistent quality of the related programs. Compile, organize, summarize, prepare and/or analyze data for designated projects and report appropriately. Operation - Provide administrative oversight and assistance for departmental operations and programs. Compile, organize, summarize, prepare and/or review data for designated educational activities, projects, and report appropriately. Research issues related to assigned projects. Coordination and Compliance - Serve as a liaison with internal and external departments, programs and organizations such as the Ohio Psychological Association (OPA). Administer and ensure compliance with continuing education accreditation criteria, including reporting to OPA. Effectively demonstrates communication skills related to conveying relevant information. Develop and maintain efficient internal communication processes to support the activities of the department/program including marketing creation and support. Assemble and distribute material for education, program, and project communications. Media Maintenance - Effectively demonstrates skills related to the use of a variety of software and information systems. Uses software applications to create tables, charts, and forms. Maintains electronic files and folders related to educational activities and accreditation requirements. Organize, maintain and assume responsibility for required databases. Reporting - Assists with accurately capturing and reporting revenue and expense related to activities. Assists with account reconciliation. Validates accuracy of information submitted and resolves discrepancies. Assists in developing processes and reporting related to accreditation criteria.
