Manage labor relations in a union environment, including contract administration, grievance handling, and fostering positive employee relations.
Oversee the full talent lifecycle-recruitment, onboarding, development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
Drive and support performance management, learning initiatives, and compensation/benefits programs to grow and engage employees.
Ensure compliance with all employment, labor, and safety regulations, while upholding company policies and standards.
Champion a strong culture by promoting employee engagement, employer branding, and a proactive, values-driven workplace.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Proven leadership experience with a strong background in organizational development and talent management.
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with business leaders and influence decision-making at all levels.
Hands-on labor relations experience within a unionized manufacturing or industrial environment.
Solid knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and safety regulations.
Experience managing full-cycle talent acquisition and workforce planning in a competitive labor market.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills, with the ability to build trust and drive results.
$110,000 - $125,000 Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
