Specialized experience is defined as: Experience in providing technical and administrative guidance on all aspects of Federal Civilian Human Resources (HR) programs (i.e. staffing, recruitment, compensation, policy, training); AND designing and implementing agency wide training to HR staff, hiring managers, and employees within an agency; AND guides the program/project systems and processes for integration and delivery of specified HR related services within the context of broad policy or legislative mandates; AND providing direction and guidance in the Federal civilian HR areas of staffing/recruitment/compensation/policy/training, and labor & employee relations. You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.
