High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
1+ years related experience and/or training
Basic computer skills to include the functional use of Microsoft Office Suite and other applicable programs
Understanding of an MRP system; Microsoft AX exposure is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups, customers or employees.
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to speak to and coordinate distinctly to different work groups.
Experience with UPS and FedEx Ship applications preferred.
Demonstrate self-motivation with excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail and good organization skills.
Ability to deal with problems and come to a viable solution, including knowing when and how to escalate issues as necessary.
Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance in 90 days.
Must be able to operate power fork truck and pallet jack.

Execute the shipping/receiving of products inclusive of material preparation through carrier scheduling and coordinating.
Manage shipping/receiving activities through proper coordination with operations, sales/marketing, and quality.
Review Shipping Tables to ensure that all requirements are met.
Make shipping arrangements for freight shipments to schedule pick-ups and transportation.
