You will be responsible for the "Contact Center First" strategy, ensuring that RingCentral is recognized not just as a UCaaS leader, but as the premier provider of AI-powered CX transformation for the world's largest organizations.
To succeed in this role, you will need experience in the below:
Scale Enterprise Dominance: Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy focused on hunting and closing net-new Enterprise and Mid-Market logos.
Lead AI-Driven CX Strategy: Act as a thought leader on the "Future of Work," articulating how RingCentral's AI (Sentiment Analysis, Real-time Agent Assist, and IVR Orchestration) drives ROI and customer loyalty.
Direct Sales Orchestration: Own the full direct sales motion, from high-level prospecting and executive discovery to the final negotiation of multi-million dollar, multi-year contracts.
Cross-Functional Command: Lead a "Tiger Team" of Sales Engineers, Product Specialists, and Customer Success managers to ensure technical validation and long-term platform adoption.
Pipeline Engineering: Architect a sustainable, high-velocity pipeline by leveraging data-driven insights to identify high-propensity targets and vertical-specific opportunities (e.g., Healthcare, FinSec, Retail).
Complex Deal Structuring: Navigate the intricacies of enterprise procurement, including security audits, legal redlines, and ROI modeling for stakeholders across IT, Operations, and Finance.
