About the role
The Enterprise Customer Onboarding & Mastering (ECOM) Domain provides best in class customer onboarding and ensures customer profiles are complete, accurate and connected to all other Digital and Banker systems in the bank . MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES This role has a dual focus of people and functional leadership to: Provide senior capability leadership for ECOM Product Owners and Business Analysts in the NAB Global Innovation Centre, accountable for governance, workforce planning, and capability maturity . Ensure sustainable BA and PO capability uplift, building consistent standards, skills, and practices aligned to NAB Ways of Working and ECOM priorities . Act as the primary offshore-onshore connector to support delivery of business outcomes. Aligning capability supply with delivery demand to optimise deployment and reduce skill gaps. Removing blockers and escalating issues as needed. Influence how customer and stakeholder needs are translated into product outcomes, shaping aligned priorities across squads and sub‑domains . Establish a high‑performing, customer‑obsessed culture where analysis and product decisions are driven by customer needs and experience outcomes . Enable consistent, high‑quality delivery by maintaining alignment across product, technology, and domain teams through strong functional leadership .
