Lead & Develop the Team : Inspire, coach, and manage Warehouse employees. Support hiring decisions and partner with leadership on promotions, compensation, and performance management.
Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee efficient daily warehouse operations, ensuring flawless receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. Coordinate smooth shift handovers to maintain continuity and performance.
Plan & Execute with Precision : Create and manage schedules, workforce plans, and work instructions. Oversee inventory control and replenishment of warehouse supplies, spare parts, and materials.
Ensure Safety & Quality Standards : Champion service, quality, and compliance. Maintain high standards in safety, security, housekeeping, and proper use of equipment and machinery.
Optimize & Innovate : Identify and lead process improvement initiatives. Execute strategic projects and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance warehouse performance.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience : 3+ years in warehousing with experience leading teams.
International Wave Planning : Experience analyzing, scheduling, and planning orders.
Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency in Oracle and Excel, and ability to present information effectively.
