Job Description Visa is seeking a Senior Research Manager, Campaign Measurement & Insights to join the North America Insights & Analytics team supporting North America Marketing Services. As an individual contributor reporting to the Director of NA Insights & Analytics, this role will serve as a subject matter expert in campaign measurement, helping Visa clients evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns, activations, and integrated marketing initiatives (with a significant focus on sponsorships). The Senior Research Manager will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to define KPIs, develop learning agendas, design measurement approaches, manage research execution, and translate results into practical recommendations for future campaigns. While this role is especially focused on measurement and marketing effectiveness, it will also support upfront insights work to inform campaign strategy, audience understanding, messaging, and activation design. The ideal candidate brings deep quantitative research expertise, strong measurement judgment, and the ability to communicate results in a clear, compelling, client-ready way.
