A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a Project Analyst reporting to Senior Program Manager in the Fixed Wireless Portfolio Delivery function. A bit about your role In this role, you will support the planning, governance, and delivery of Fixed Wireless portfolio initiatives, providing analysis, reporting, and coordination to enable Senior Program Managers to track performance and deliver with confidence. Your focus will be on ensuring clear visibility of program status, risks, and dependencies across a complex portfolio environment. You will play a key role in maintaining portfolio reporting, tracking milestones, and analysing performance against plan, helping to highlight risks, issues, and areas requiring intervention. By consolidating inputs across delivery teams, you will provide timely and accurate insights that support decision-making and alignment to delivery priorities. Working closely with program, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will support coordination across teams to manage interdependencies, resolve delivery challenges, and maintain alignment to agreed timelines. You will also contribute to improving reporting and governance processes, strengthening consistency, accuracy, and transparency across the portfolio. A bit about you You are an analytical and structured professional with experience in project, program, or portfolio support roles, ideally within a technology, engineering, or infrastructure environment. You are comfortable working with data and translating it into clear, actionable insights that support delivery performance and decision-making. You bring strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track progress across initiatives, and maintain accuracy across reporting outputs. You are confident using tools such as Excel and reporting platforms to build and maintain dashboards and provide clear visibility of performance. You work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, coordinating inputs and supporting alignment across teams. With a pragmatic and solution-focused approach, you contribute to improving processes, strengthening governance, and enabling a well-managed and transparent delivery environment.
