Helping to support strategy development across plant o perations in Portugal and Spain. You'll be responsible for:
translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities,
driving performance and people development across teams,
leading organizational effectiveness and change initiatives.
Who we're looking for
You'll also need:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar (Master's in HR or MBA is a plus)
At least 4-5 years of HR generalist or BP experience in Portugal.
Experience working within manufacturing or production plant environment is a mandatory.
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory.
You are also knowledgeable and understand Portuguese labor legislation.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization
