Managing a varied portfolio of residential and commercial claims, you will carry out on-site monitoring and 360 surveys, gathering precise data that underpins effective claims management and decision-making. The role combines technical learning with independence, allowing you to take ownership of your schedule while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. With full training provided on specialist equipment and processes, this position is ideal for individuals looking to develop or build a career in surveying, particularly those who enjoy a balance of fieldwork and analytical reporting. The skills you will have when you apply: Surveying Interest/Experience - Previous experience in subsidence or surveying is beneficial, but not essential as full training is provided Driving Licence - Full UK driving licence enabling regular travel to sites across London Workload Management - Ability to independently plan, organise and prioritise your own diary and caseload effectively Practical Field Skills - Hands-on, comfortable using tools and equipment in a field-based environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
