Join our Team and advance your career as a Senior Business Analyst (Castrol) In this role You will: Creates Sourcing Request Form mainly for facility related costs Creates other ad-hoc SRFs, Purchase Requisitions, Good Receipts and follow-up Administration of Fedex accounts Handling Vodafone fleet management (phone number migration, tracking, monitoring, amendments, invoice checking, service) Handling company car fleet (handover, service, support, claim, administration, tracking) Support to Customer and Head of Country in business related admin tasks Building strong relationships with partners, Procurement, Workplace Solutions, P&C teams Managing other Procurement related admin activities Coordination of office and team events What You need to be successful: Educated to Degree standard or equivalent Relevant working experience in a Service Centre environment Fluency in English, other European language is an advantage High Level of IT proficiency in Microsoft packages Preferably experience in managing procurement related activities, local sourcing Strong written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships Exceptional time management and organization skills Able to prioritise, handle urgent issues and situations, following through to resolution in a timely manner and focusing efforts to deliver business value, raising properly if needed Able to manage conflicting work issues and deadlines to ensure deliverables are met and knows when to raise Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you: Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elements Life & health insurance, medical care package Hybrid working arrangement aligned with team arrangements and business needs Opportunity to build up long term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning options Celebrate in bp's success.
