Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence, performance measurement, operations, or strategy.
Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., modeling, pivot tables) and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, financial analysis, and problem-solving.
Experience developing forecasts, performance dashboards, and variance analysis.
Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills; ability to gather requirements and present insights to stakeholders.
Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Master's degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
Experience in the financial services industry (e.g., banking, lending, credit, underwriting).
Knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET
Develop and maintain forecasting models using Excel and SQL to support performance monitoring and strategic planning.
Generate insights and provide business intelligence expertise; collaborate with partners to design and implement strategies that meet performance objectives.
Recommend performance measurement frameworks and incentive programs aligned with field operations and corporate goals.
Analyze business results to identify performance gaps; design and drive actionable improvement plans.
