How you will make an impact: Drive end-to-end validation and testing strategies for IP routing features, including SR-MPLS, SRv6, BGP, EVPN, and L3VPN Lead development of test architecture, automation strategies, and quality engineering practices for large-scale routing platforms Design and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases using Python to expand test coverage and efficiency Collaborate with development, product management, and system engineering teams to support feature delivery Define and execute test plans covering functional, scale, performance, and interoperability scenarios Mentor engineers to support technical development and consistency in engineering practices Influence product quality through design reviews, defect analysis, and risk identification The must haves: Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline Experience: 5+ years of experience in networking with a focus on IP routing and protocols Application of SR-MPLS, SRv6, BGP, EVPN, and L3VPN technologies Experience developing automated test cases using Python within networking or distributed systems environments Application of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, routing, and switching Experience working with test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and collaborate across teams
