Additional Information
Roles and Responsibilities Handle RFQ (Requests for Quotation) and respond promptly to inquiries from both new and existing customers. Prepare and generate sales quotations by evaluating material costs, treatment charges, machining costs, labour costs, and other related expenses. Process and issue sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders accurately and efficiently. Liaise and coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure smooth execution of sales orders and fulfilment of customer requirements. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain material and treatment pricing. Monitor and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and organized filing, record-keeping, and documentation systems. Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management. Perform routine office administrative duties and support day-to-day operations. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
