Location & ScheduleThe City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.Who We Are & What You'll DoSpecifically, as the Parks Permitting Administrative Support Assistant III, you will:Interact professionally, courteously, and accurately with a high volume of customersGreet in-person customers, assisting with general permitting inquiriesReturn permitting voicemails dailyGeneral office tasksProcess in-person payment in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain a high proficiency in permitting software use to create, edit, manipulate, and retrieve files and/or databases and review reportsFollow standard processes and proceduresSupport Permit Office staff as neededCoordinate with other City Agencies as appropriateCoordinate with Park Rangers as appropriateAttend and actively participate in departmental and business unit trainings and meetingsEquity / stock options
