Lead and manage all MEP construction activities on-site for the data center project Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning (ITC) of mechanical and electrical systems Ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and international standards Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations Identify and mitigate risks related to MEP works Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting Drive quality control and assurance processes across all MEP disciplines Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations Support client meetings, technical reviews, and project updates Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical 10 years of construction experience with projects in data center, advanced manufacturing Proven track record managing large-scale MEP packages for complex developments Strong understanding of: HVAC (cooling systems, CRAH/CRAC, chillers) Electrical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, MV/LV) BMS and fire protection systems Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects: Twitter Instagram LinkedIn It is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
