Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Consultant (Central/ Training provided/ Basic + Comm)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
• Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients
• Knowing clients' businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs.
• Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms
• Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates

Requirements

• Candidate who is flexible, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and with a positive work attitude will have a distinct advantage
• Candidate with no relevant working experience will have full training provided
• Ability to converse professionally with both clients and talents
