Anticipated End Date: 2026-07-01 Position Title: Business Information Consultant Senior Job Description: Business Information Consultant Senior Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Norfolk, VA. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Business Information Consultant Senior is responsible for coordinating and consolidating various impact analyses for management reporting. This role focuses on Medicare Stars and CAHPS analytics, which supports 40+ contracts representing over 1.8 million Medicare members. This role has high impact on the organization as increasing the percentage of members in 4+ Star plans is a focus of the Medicare line of business. How you will make an impact: Establishes, improves, and optimizes the consolidating processes for forecast Star Ratings and month-end results for Stars measures. Consolidates and prepares executive summary reports for various business segments in the SBU for top management decision-making and presentations are often reviewed by Senior Leadership and allow opportunities to speak with senior leaders. Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs. Collaborates with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products. Coordinates with external audits as appropriate. Acts as the central contact with internal departments and external auditors as part Medicare Plan Preview 1 and 2. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Experience providing leadership in evaluating quality measure performance of complex organizations highly preferred. Significant working experience with analytic and data visualization tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and SQL highly preferred. Excellent leadership, problem solving, organizational, planning, presentation and interpersonal skills highly preferred. Ability to work independently and draw up plans to address issues/concerns highly preferred. Strong knowledge of products as well as our internal business models and data systems highly preferred. Understanding of Medicare Star Ratings, quality measures, and CAHPS preferred.
