- Quickly learn complex, unfamiliar products, financial services, or business landscapes and translate them into simple, effective training programs.
- Partner with L&D leadership and sales subject matter experts to align learning solutions with complex sales objectives, cycles, and methodologies.
- Rapidly evaluate and adjust training material to ensure alignment with continuously evolving product-lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and producing instructional materials from scratch (for example: digital learning, quick-reference resources, video content, facilitator guides).
- At least 2 years of experience facilitating training in virtual and in-person environments.
- At least 1 year of experience utilizing and integrating Artificial Intelligence applications throughout the learning design, development, and delivery process.
- 1+ year of experience utilizing the Google Suite of business applications.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design and delivery.
- 2+ years of experience working within, training, or supporting a sales organization.
- 1+ years of experience with auto sales or financial services.
- 2+ years of experience managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or creating interactive learning modules using Articulate Rise or Adobe Creative Suite.
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into instructional design workflows and into learning experiences.

- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
