Associate's degree preferred with Two (2) to four (4) years of casino cage experience with at least one (1) year in a cage supervisor role or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to follow and enforce strict procedural guidelines maintained within the department
Must be able to maintain visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time
Good computer and 10-key skills
Strong mathematical skill to include, addition, subtraction, multiply, division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members
Must be able to work a varied schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
