We are currently seeking a Product Line Manager - Structures to join our team in the APAC region. It is an exciting time to join Valmont during a period of business transformation, and as a Product Line Manager you will ensure the success of this journey through product line strategy support for our Structure Product Lines - Transmission & Distribution, Flood Lighting and Telecommunications.
As an influential leadership position reporting to the Vice President APAC, you will ensure alignment between market needs and company capabilities by managing the full product lifecycle, guiding cross-functional teams, and delivering a competitive, value-driven portfolio. Key responsibilities of the Product Line Manager include:
Develop and execute strategies that support divisional and regional objectives.
Translate customer, market, and sales insights into product improvements or new product requirements.
Partner with Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure effective strategy deployment.
Provide leadership with analysis of market share, competitive positioning, and win/loss performance
Own product line profitability through financial and margin analysis at customer and project levels.
Develop and implement pricing policies, quote strategies, and commercial positioning.
Analyse customer data, market potential, and industry trends to provide accurate product forecasts.
Support marketing plans for product launches and enhancements.
Represent the product line in addressing customer and market challenges.
Act as subject matter expert, providing training, tools, and performance feedback to sales teams.
