We're Looking For Individuals Who Are:

What We Offer (Because Your Success Matters):
We fully support you through the entire process of becoming a licensed Health Insurance Sales Representative. From day one, every cost is covered, and you're paid while doing it.
Compensation: On-Track Earnings (after training): $50,000-$75,000+ per year (uncapped commission).
Training Compensation: $40,000 guaranteed salary during the entire 6-week licensing and training period.
We pay for all licensing costs , including the state exam.
3-day XCEL Life & Health pre-licensing course onsite in our office.
Take the proctored state exam at the end of Week 1.
All the support needed to pass your exam and ramp quickly: work side-by-side with leaders and top performers to learn systems, sales skills, product knowledge, compliance, and workflows.
Subsidized lunch delivery from local restaurants ($100 monthly credit).
