Conducted systematic reviews and provided technical evaluations of Unreviewed Safety Questions (USQs), improving the rate of regulatory concurrence on proposed resolutions. Designed and delivered training on USQ evaluation methodologies, strengthening consistency and quality of internal reviews. 3. Managed key phases of Implementation Verification Reviews at site level, ensuring comprehensive assessment of compliance with applicable DOE/NNSA regulations and directives. 4. Developed and delivered executive-level briefings to senior leadership, clearly communicating complex technical analyses, risk assessments, and justifications supporting annual safety basis document submittals.
