Analyse les données d'essais. Acteur de l'amélioration continue. Communique activement avec les demandeurs d'essais et les équipes support.

Responsibilities

  • Créée et met au point des programmes d'essais (cycles), pour répondre à la demande client.
  • Réalise l'essai et assure la validité de l'ensemble des données de sorties. Construit et diffuse un rapport d'essais avec une analyse approfondie.
  • Supporte les demandeurs d'essais dans la définition des essais et la compréhension du moyen.
  • Apporte son expertise aux conducteurs de moyens d'essais et techniciens. Rédige et officialise des modes opératoires.
  • Etablit un diagnostic formalisé en cas de défauts moyen ou essais, partagé avec les équipes support.
  • Est garant du suivi de son banc. Créé les cartes de contrôle, les analyse et communique périodiquement.
  • Participe avec l'équipe métrologie à la création de la fiche de précision du banc d'essais, la maintient.
  • Participe à l'organisation des moyens.
  • Amélioration continue : Etablit des expressions de besoins. Formalise des solutions et participe à leur mise en œuvre.
  • Echange avec l'équipe développement moyens lors de l'ajout de nouvelles fonctions ou mises en place de nouveaux essais.
